I am a PhD-student and lecturer in Informatics at Swedish Business School, Örebro University, Sweden. My research is focused on ICT4D (Information- and Communication Technologies for Development) and eGovernment and I am currently involved in two development projects in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. My upcoming PhD thesis (Spring 2010) concerns how the use of technology can transform learning practices of students in developing countries.
